Nodexa is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or any other conduct that endangers minors.
Nodexa strictly prohibits any content or behavior on our platform that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children. This applies to all posts, messages, profiles, and any other content shared through the app.
Nodexa provides an in-app "Report" feature available on posts, allowing any user to flag content or accounts that violate our child safety standards, including suspected CSAE or CSAM. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken, including content removal and account suspension or termination.
Users can also report concerns directly by emailing arvindarvinddr@gmail.com.
Nodexa complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where required by law, confirmed instances of CSAM will be reported to the relevant national and regional authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent local authorities.
Any account found to be posting, sharing, or soliciting content that violates these standards will be immediately suspended or permanently banned, and relevant content will be removed from the platform without delay.
